All talks (except for the keynote) should be between 18-20 minutes in length. The 20 minute maximum will be strictly enforced. Presentations should avoid content that may be construed as commercial advertising. An SVGA LCD projector and a PC with PowerPoint will be available at the conference. You may either bring your own laptop or use the provided computer. Slides should be in landscape orientation with fonts and diagrams large enough to be readable by the audience. 1-2 slides per minute is a good target pace for your presentations. Speakers may upload their PowerPoint slide presentations to the Author Page. - The file should be sent as a .ppt file - The size of the file should be kept as small as possible. - The deadline for emailing slides is: Noon (EDT) on Wednesday, May 25. To be safe, all Speakers should also bring an electronic copy of the slides *with them* to the conference on either a CD or a USB "Thumb Drive". We would like to make presentation slides available on the conference web page after the conference. If you want to make your slides available on the web, please plan to sign a release at the conference. PowerPoint is the preferred format. If you have any further questions regarding presentations, please email Andrzej Rucinski at andrezej.rucinski@unh.edu |
