Final Manuscript, Presentation, and Poster Submission

Before uploading your manuscript it must be verified to be IEEE compatible using the PDF eXpress system.

1. Go to PDF eXpress
2. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your personal information.
3. In the "Conference ID" field enter "mse09x".
4. Continue into the pdf eXpress system and follow the instructions there to automatically check your manuscript.
5. Recommendation: submit a Microsoft Word(tm) version of your document and let pdf eXpress convert it to pdf for you.
6. Once your manuscript passes this check, you must upload the same PDF file according to the instructions below.

Before your manuscript can be published, you must also file a copyright release with IEEE.

1. Please go to MSE11 Copyright Release
2. On that page you will be prompted to enter information regarding your paper.
3. You will then be forwarded to the IEEE copyright registration system to complete the process.

Upload Instructions:

1. Enter your Last name in the first box below
2. Enter a keyword from the title of your paper or presentation in the second box
3. Select "Manuscript", "Presentation", or "Poster" to identify the type of submisson
4. Choose the type of file that you will upload (Acrobat PDF file, or Powerpoint)
   • Papers must be in pdf format.
   • Powerpoint is preferred for presentations
5. Click on the [Browse] Button to locate the file on your local system that you wish to upload.
6. Click on the [UPLOAD] Button to transfer your file.
